We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. How to Return:
Contact Fitshop via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of your intended exchange or return.
It is your responsibility to provide shipping for your product back to Fitshop. Please use a tracked courier to ensure it gets back to us. Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Once your package is received by us, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately. Although we try to get this done as soon as we can please allow up to 14 days.
We can refund to the credit card, bank account or Paypal account with which you used to purchase your items.
